Customer Service:
Daily assistance of over 40 clients over the phone and in person, dealing with the tracking and delivery of stocks and checks.

How would you describe what you did at Lehman Brothers?

I was the Administrative Assistant to a group of 32, including an SVP and seven VP's. In this role, I handled all of the administrative duties for the group including but not limited to: Supply orders, business card requests, PC and Telephone requests for new hires, vacation calendar tracking, travel arrangements, expense reports and facilities related requests. How would you describe what you did at Lehman Brothers?

> I revamped the design, layout, and formulas for the monthly Sarbanes-Oxley Attestation reports. In doing so, I solved all problems that we encountered related to printing, reconciliation, and consistency. Additionally, I added error checking and error handling to the formulas and the underlying worksheet in order to ensure that invalid or missing data was highlighted and brought to the user's attention.
> Using Excel VBA, I built a template that would automatically generate detail data and summary pivot tables on a monthly basis from data files already in existence for daily reporting procedures. Part of this entailed coordinating with the department programmer to ensure consistency in his daily reporting and reconciliation between his daily reports and the monthly Sarbanes-Oxley Attestation reports.
> Via a combination of the Excel Essbase Add-ins and Excel VBA, I was able to expand upon an existing reporting model for the clearance and exchange fees monthly analysis. Previously, a user would have to intervene on a periodic basis in order to generate general ledger summary data. With my addition, the user could run all reports at the click of a button. In addition, they were also allowed to schedule the time consuming reports to run automatically at night so that they could capture all prior day entries and have the general ledger summary waiting for them in the morning.
