What's the secret to getting hired at LifeScan?Pleasant phone voice and demeanor. Knowledge of company product lines. Patience and the ability to be a good listener. Good command of the english language in properly document issues as regulated by the FDA and GMP. Taken ownership of the resolving the issue.

How would you describe what you did at LifeScan?Assisted customers with the use of diabetic testing equipment. Via phone, trained first time users of product line. Walked through testing procedures. Troubleshooting equipment and documenting issues per the guidelines of the FDA and GMP. Expedited replacements of such products via overnight ...
