Beware. This job isn't for people trying to support themselves or a family. I was on full commission (100%) and salespeople were assigned to me who were on $60 + 3% commission per day for 60 days. After 60 days, the bottom dropped out and sales people walked. In addition, brand new manager was transferred into my territory from another state and proceeded to transfer in all his buddies to work in new territory. Those of us who lived here and were trying to "stick out the change" were gradually told to turn in our studios that "there wasn't any more work for us." Called and e-mailed up the line, but district manager was an ex-cop. Conversation with him was like an interrogation. Was told brand new manager needed to be left alone to "learn to do his job." Great. I was never called again. My experience with this division ... Lifetouch managers are a bunch of idiots wrapped up in their own egos....
