Experiences at LinkMe

Well right now we have just put together an indoor soccer team. We did fantastically well the last time we played. We lost by 6 points only. Considering most people in our company have not played in yonks we did great.

The way we design the product. I have a clear idea of how to design interaction. Unfortunately, it can be tricky when you always compromise methodology to meet "pressing deadlines". So, I would change the this. I would create a forum where people can think strategically about the product and then design it....

We work in an open space office. I have my desk plastered with photos from melbourne and the desk is covered with wirerames and interaction design books.

1. Next to Glenferrie Rd you get to eat at a different restaurant daily.
2. On Monday's we get a box of fruit to share amongst the staff.
3. Milk and coffee is free.
4. You can use the milk to eat cereal in the mornings.
5. Being a small company you get to make company wide decisions early on.

People dress casually. Sometimes Lee or Eduardo willl come to work wearing slacks and a business shirt because they have to speak to a client. But, most of the time they wear jeans.

Me, I started wearing business clothes, but they have converted me to casual wear. It only took 3 months ;)
