Experiences at Loblaws

1. Once you get to know many of the other employees, going to work is fun because everyone works together and/or helps each other out without complaining.

2. Loblaws is a very large company and they are very lenient with working part-time while going to school and playing sports.

3. The managers treat everyone fairly and get along great with the employees, while still demanding that all the proper work gets done. People will complete their work because they get along with the managers (almost the same as the #1)...

To be able to work at Loblaws you have to have the urge to work with people from all ages and different personalities. You have to have experience of working with people and you have to have a positive personality!
