Experiences at Logan's Roadhouse

LABOR, LABOR, FOOD COST, oh and did I say LABOR!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!! For the most part I get along with my co-workers..and those that I don't get along with well I lock them in the freezer. No, just joking! Customer's can and have been a challening aspect for me recently. Peoples demands seem to have gotten more intense over the years,but I try my best to meet the customers needs in a timely manner and with quality and pride....

I do it all really, I clean the bathrooms if need be. I take care of the cash drawers and deposits, wash dishes. I work the bar area when needed. I love to cook the most so I spend most of my time in the kitchen, I feel this is where I can most benefit the customers. I am particular about plate presentation and how the food looks over all. Customers are my focus and if would not eat it...then I am not going to service it. Ask my GM's they will tell you I am very picky about my food....

Availability, especially working in the BOH. Will to go the extra mile alot,take thing's upon yourself to get thing's done when need be.

-Maintained a friendly and oraganized environment in a very hectic workplace
-simultaneously answered phones, seated guests, and managed to-go orders
-waited tables

The three best things about working at Logan's would be the team work, open door policy, and the customers. There is nothing better then being able to walk into a job and be stress free as well as the knowledge of great managers who really do care about what you think.
