Responsibilities:
* Technical Lead on business process modeling product, BPwin. Managed team of 4 developers working on the next generation of the product. Responsible for scheduling, design, and development of features, coordinating effort of Product Marketing, Quality Assurance, and Documentation to facilitate on-time release of the software.
* Key contributor in upgrading BPwin's user interface to modern Windows GUI standards and in implementing competitive features. The ensuing release reversed downward trend in BPwin revenue and restored confidence in product and product team.

Responsibilities as Software Engineer:
* Designed and developed several key features of BPwin. Worked with Product Marketing to produce prototypes and designs for usability studies. Used Visual C++ using C++, MFC, Rogue Wave's tools.h++ library and Stingray's MFC extension libraries.
