What are the three best things about working at Lord & Taylor?The toughest problem to solve at Lord & Taylor was getting people to buy gift cards and extra items.

What are the most challenging aspects of your job at Lord & Taylor?Dealing with customers in a high end store that always expected to get to use a coupon was a big challenge. I don't think it's ever really easy to nice to people who expect too much, but when if it's my job I'll do it.

How would you describe what you did at Lord & Taylor?What I did at Lord & Taylor was hard work in some departments and pretty easy in others. Of course every day and customer is different. It was monotonous at times too.
