The most challenging aspect in my job is multi-tasking to complete all my jobs. I have a lot of responsibility with my job and it covers many different aspects throughout my company. I am able to do the job but some days it can be very overwhelming when everyone needs you to do all your tasks at once. I have learned to be very organized and to work great under pressure. You just have to focus and take one step at a time. I just take one responsibility and work my way down until I have taken care of everyones needs....

I started out part-time while I was going through college. I have since graduated college and started moving up in the company. I have had a Entry Management Training Class with the company and have had several different jobs to build my experience with the company. Lowe's has taught me so much about leadership and management skills....

I really wanted the job and showed the company how excited I was about it. I was myself and answered all their questions honestly and open.

They love poeple who work hard and do their job. Help people when they need it. Always be friendly.
