Recruited, mentored and trained new district loss prevention associates and management staff on loss prevention strategies. Performed new hire orientations, including department responsibilities and company standards. Responsible for training, investigations and company policy compliance auditing. Complied with, audited and enforced company standards of conduct, discipline and discharge procedures. Investigated accidents and developed safe practice policies and procedures. Researched causes of product shrinkage to build internal theft cases and provide information on shrink trends and accidents in management-staff meetings, recommending strategies for reduction and prevention.
