Over the period of 4 years performed various roles on the sales floor, such as cashier, delivery, sales floor associate, Team leader (entry level manager), department manager.

What's the secret to getting hired at Lowe's Home Improvement Warehouse?Lowe's seeks candidates that are not afraid to engage the customer to make them feel that they are appreciated as a customer. I personally enjoy doing all that is in my power to provide great service to the customer.

How would you describe what you did at Lowe's Home Improvement Warehouse?I am responsible for the overall sales and merchandise maintenance of extensive inventory of live-goods. In addition, I assist in the operations of the entire landscaping department. Tasks include: plant procurement; people management; product receiving; etc.
