Experiences at Loyola Marymount University

Graduated Summa Cum Laude, and received the "Oustanding Graduate in Film Production" award for finishing at the top of my major. Also commended for writing and directing the ambitious 35mm Western short film, "A Bullet Beyond Redemption."

I learned, I networked and I experienced college life. I performed in plays, one acts and student films. I graduated with magna cum laude honor and took the opportunity to study abroad in Germany and Greece while exploring neighboring countries. LMU instilled a balance of spirituality within a liberal arts curriculum. The university's mission is to educate the "whole person." I grew as an individual intellectually, spiritually and emotionally....

I think the best way to describe what I did here would be to say that I went to class, took notes, took tests, and graduated.

Read a lot of books for literature survey courses; volunteered with the Del Rey Players, a student theatre group; sang with the LMU Concert Choir and Consort Singers.

MBA - Dual Major: Marketing and Entrepreneurship/Emphasis on International Business

I focused on the international aspect of political science and minored in a biology with an emphasis in conservation and ecology. I also studied abroad for a year, working first with an environmental ngo in London, and second sailing around the world with the organization, Semester at Sea. With this experience I was able to study both political science and biology in an international environment....

Learnt that there's nothing I can't do (or learn how to do).

I attended and completed a terminal MA program in Philosophy. This was a very tough program as I was specializing in an area that the faculty and other students did not have much experience with. I was the lone Feminist in the program.

Completed to degrees with a B.F.A in Film Production and a B.A. in Engllish with an emphasis in writing. During my time at LMU's school of film and television, I completed multiple short films including a 10 minute documentary about German mountain culture and my twelve minute senior thesis film "Boy Below" shot on Super 16 mm....

Attained and accomplished personal goals that ended with a gpa of 3.3 and a degree in Business Administration with an emphasis in Finance and International Business Administration
