How would you describe what you did at Lucent Technologies?Sold telecommunications solutions throughout and assigned territory in Northeastern Pennsylvania. Over achieved quota every year in territory. Always qualified for Achiever's Club (120% +). Achieved Millionaire's Club (175% +) my second year in territory by reaching 208% of my quota.

What are the most challenging aspects of your job at Lucent Technologies?The most challenging piece of that job was navigating a global communication structure that spanned 11,000 people and trying to get anything done in a timely fashion - it was a fun challenge, and we made it happen, but but it required a tremendous amount of patience and perseverance

How would you describe what you did at Lucent Technologies?My team at Lucent was responsible for troubleshooting enterprise level issues that had been escalated past tier 3 support - we spent a lot of time on site with clients resolving issues in person
