Training and Development Specialist:
Started and helped with start up when plant opened in Feb. 1999. Moved to the logistics department as a pick/packer preparing customer orders for shipment, including loading and unloading LTL and TL shipments. Assisted in cycle counts and missing inventory research.Promoted to shift supervisor, supervising up to 15 employees in a pick/pack operation. Promoted to Inventory Manager responsible for pick/pack operations and distribution of product to 8 other MACtac plants and distribution centers. Temporarily moved to Logistics department leader for 7 months overseeing daily operational functions. Promoted to Inventory Analyst/Buyer/Scheduler, responsible for product distribution, inactive/aging inventory and purchase of bulk adhesives, silicones, inks and packaging supplies for plant operations. Promoted to Training and Development Specialist in the logistics department. Responsibilities include development and implementation of logistics training program, training of current and new employees, SOP and JSA creation, all training documentation, audit of established process within the logistics area.
