What's the secret to getting hired at MCICS Immigration Services?

We filled in all the papres MCICS asked us to and hoped on and off for more than 3 years! Then the Canadian embassy in Berlin refused to give us the permit to immigrate and MCICS refused to pay us our money back as they indicate with their refund policy!
