What are the three best things about working at MEL - Mumbai (India)?

It was my first professional experience working as an animator although i had prior experience working in Africa as a Branch manager. The projects worked on that time taught me a lot about what i had to improve on. If it wasn't for MEL i wouldn't be here now.
