Learn all you can, stay out of the nonsense, and make sure you take your time with the customers regardless of how much work you have to do.

I learned how to be a better listener, and how to treat everyone indivdually.

The customers made all the issues worth while. Learning how to listen well. And everyday was different.

The toughest problem was dealing with everyone around me, everyone wanted to pull you into their drama, and I had to figure out a way to stay out of it, without hurting feelings.

I had to deal with a lot of other associates that made the work enviroment very tense. I had to learn to overlook them, and concentrate on the customers and make sure that I did the best job I could do.

I worked hands on with customers, to help them choose makeup that fit what they needed. I had to listen to their problems, and evauluate everyone on an individual level.

I already had Clinique expierence therefore didn't need to be trained, I demonstrated my knowledge of the products.
