What are the three best things about working at Mammoth Mountain Ski Area?

400 inches of snow per year on average with 3000ft vertical on-piste terrain.
Work in the main lodge offering the best psychological work compensation possible.
The most amazing backcountry/frontcountry access right out your backdoor.
