Experiences at Mandaue City Government

I am presently working at the City Government of Mandaue, Cebu Philippines.
Mandaue City is a highly urbanized city with a population of 350,000 people. It has 27 barangays. The city government has employed 650 regular employees and around 2,000 contractual employees. At present the city has a total annual budgetary appropriation of 633 million pesos.
I started working October 1986 and appointed as Acting City Budget Officer February 14, 2005.
I am a holder of a Masteral Degree major in Public Administration. Presently Im in my last year of my Ph. D in Public Management....
