How would you describe what you did at Manpower?

Consult with clients to determine their staffing needs. Proactively manage the application process in a timely and efficient manner. This includes: developing recruiting strategies, prescreening candidates, understanding client needs, utilizing effective advertising, managing applicant flow, resume mining, proper resume analysis/matching, and interviewing candidates. Adhering to all state and federal employment laws, as well as processing weekly payroll utilizing MDT (Manpower Direct Time). Adjust focus and activity to maximize revenue generation from month to month, congruent with changing business demands. Implement and utilize effective recruitment strategies to attract highly qualified candidates, while maintaining a high fill ratio. Obtain detailed assignment information from customers and utilize it to provide effective customer service. Administer the training for employees to upgrade their skills for assignments. Coach and counsel employees to ensure quality performance and job satisfaction, while tracking any attendance issues. Safety programs for employees, including infusion of specific customer requirements. Workers' Compensation administration, as well as overseeing Unemployment Insurance claims. -Developed site demographic reporting procedures for others to use, streamlined process for weekly and quarterly reports saving 15 minutes weekly and 10 hours quarterly.
