What's the best team you worked with at Maple Hill Rest Home?I worked very well with Bethany and Michelle. They were down to earth and very cool. We never had problems and we had things in common and could talk about whatever.

What advice would you give to a new employee at Maple Hill Rest Home?Some advice I'd give a new employee is to just ignore the residents who give you problems becuse most likely they're either drunk or on meds.

What's the toughest problem you've had to solve at Maple Hill Rest Home?I think the hardest problem I ever had to solve was a personal problem I had with this certain co-worker who had the baddest attitude and slick tongue. He always seemed to have something to say about my performance and what I did.Just anything he could pinpoint he would critisize me about it. ...

What are the most challenging aspects of your job at Maple Hill Rest Home?The most challengiing aspects of the job was the fact of having to deal with the oncoming traffic of the residents when they are always requesting certain foods and I would be busy with my goals of the day, so sometimes I would fall behind and lose track of time. How would you describe what you did at Maple Hill Rest Home?I cooked simple breakfast, lunch, and dinner for elders. I also washed dishes, wiped down counters and tables, swept,mopped and put away weekly groceries.
