No secret at all. first impression is always important though, that should be no secret. demonstrating that you are able to speak well in order to work with customers, should be shown once you meet your hiring manager.

The people, My fellow employee's, and the envrionment. The people are so warm hearted and kind they are really nice. You can make conversation with them while you are taking their order. My fellow employee's are so caring and nice if you need help with anything or somebody to talk to they are right there and willing to help you with anything you need. The location was also very easy for me to get to. The environment was such a nice one and open you feel very satisfied and comfortable there....
