Description
MassMutual Financial Group is a Fortune 100 company which mainly deals with Investments, Insurance and Retirement Services. The purpose of this project is to maintain and manage all possible distribution scenarios and commission payments for internal, external and third party clients.
Responsibilities
-Developed code used to extract, transform, and load (ETL) data from flat files (from the mainframe and external sources) into various outbound files including XML using complex business logic.
- Reviewed data models, functional specifications and technical design documentation and create Informatica /ETL mappings, workflows and configurations.
- Extracted data into diverse platforms including Mainframes and SAP and SIEBEL.
- Be fully aware and utilized all standards to ensure that the architectures, and processes conform accordingly to the standards.

THE purpose of OCM is to facilitate identification, allocation and re distribution of orphan clients, under a large number of stochastic scenarios, allowing for the interaction of economic conditions and management decisions on the reallocation.
