What are the most challenging aspects of your job at Maxim Integrated Products?

When I was at Maxim the company was quite young, and was growing rapidly. While this could be stressful, with pressures to meet deadlines, the CEO was very supportive and really had only a single demand - DO YOUR JOB. Do that, and the 'stress' went away. Great company.
