Experiences at McDonald's Restaurant

I was very enthusiastic and wanted a job.

there is no secret they will give anybody a chance to work there

I was responsible for everything in the entire store from inventory management, training, cleanliness, scheduling to customer service. There were many times is was difficult, but the tangible results for the ward work put into the retaurant were very rewarding.

Honesty. While it may not be difficult to obtain a position in this industry, you still have to maintain your credibility. Once your integrity has been compromised, it is difficult to have it restored.

waited on customers, went to the bank daily to get change needed for the day, cooked the food, stocked the store for the day, cleaned, set up the store for the morning shift, was in charge of a crew of 10 to 15. I am not sure on the exact dates

I ran shifts by myself,supervising employees on the clock at that time. I did cash deposits for my shift. I helped where i was needed; running the register to working in the kitchen cooking or working drive thru. I did some ordering and some scheduling for the store. I also did required paperwork.

I worked at the front counter being a cashier and getting everything needed. I also worked in the drive through and cleaned.
