Started as cashier and grill cook, progressed to Assistant Mgr then to General Manager. Responsible for all phases of operation, including 45+ employees, hiring, training, scheduling, firing crew members, as well as maintenance personnel, and Assistant Managers. Responsible for Profit & Loss reports, inventory management, ordering, and financial management of $1.8 million restaurant.
