What's the secret to getting hired at McDonalds?There really isn't a secret to get hired at McDonalds. Most of the teenagers start out there. If you can show that you know what you are doing and learn in a fairly fast pace then you can work at McDonalds.

What's the interview process like at McDonalds?It was very quick, and not hard at all. I had to take a test showing that I would be capable of completing the tasks I would have been hired for, and after I passed I had to work out my availability with the manager.

How long did it take for you to land your job at McDonalds?It did not take me long at all. I went and filled out the application, called them back, and then after the interview I was immediately hired.
