You have to be positive and smile a lot. You have to know that it not as easy as it looks. You have to have stronge patience and not take what the customers say too personally. You have to remember that you are a customer too and you will like to be treated fairly.

What are the most challenging aspects of your job at McDonalds Corproation?

Being so large, it was sometime difficult to be easily able to implament change. A ship that large is difficult to make a change in any direction. So even when the best ideas are brought up, it is not always easy to get them entered into everyday business.

I was honest with them, and gave a great interview. I have skills companys are looking for. I am able to apt to high stress situtations and still keep a level head. I am a rock and people see that. I keep my promises to my team and strive for the best at everything I do.

Manager of crew, building moral, scheduling, keeping the high standards of the corproation such as fast service, great food, and the best customer service. Resturant cleaness.

First, I would say the people I worked with were very professional and helpful. Next would be the group functions after work. A customer service position can be draining at times so the department heads would schedule outings that enabled us to have some fun and boost moral if there was a need for it.
