There basically is no secret to getting hired at McDonalds or anywhere else, you just have to show confidence at show that you are friendly also being able to talk to people in a calm voice.

Doing my best and being that team player

I ran the office part of the business. Did phones, called in figures to corporate. Went to classes for McDonalds to better understand the business. Recorded cash sheets in a ledger and balance. Recorded payroll hours for employees then sent it to payroll service.

It was luck. The owner operater believed in giving people chances in life. I had clerical expirence.

You have to keep pushing the issue in order to get in. It took me about four months to get started

my desision on going back

the most challenging was trying to talk the managers into letting me have more hours. other than that the only other things was trying to keep up.

i was mostly the cashier and drive thru personel. it is not hard. all you have to do is just pay attention during your training and you will catch on very easily.
