Experiences at Med Mart

I learned a great deal of medical terminology, I learned how to handle customers, and I learned how to properly engage my fellow co workers and my supervisors.

Being able to sort my priorities when people from all different departments require my help. I have to focus and remember, medical records and processing the delivery tickets to generate billing are my main focuses. Being a team member and helping those in need is an integral part to keeping the company running, so I still help people when I can....

I have done front desk/receptionist work. I kept track of vehicle maintenance records for the warehouse. I create quality control reports for JCAHO. I process delivery orders to prepare them for billing. I supervise the medical records area, which includes teaching employees how to scan and file patient paperwork into the computer....
