Directed a group of eBusiness consultants and worked closely with product managers and the creative teams to develop large-scale Web initiatives for Lucent Technologies, EPIX, Sunshine Network, 3M, TMP Worldwide and others. The scope and importance of these initiatives required extensive consultative sessions at the executive level. Owned 100% accountability for the pricing, quality, success and maintenance of the clients' projects. Instrumental in creating corporate marketing programs, product brands, eCommerce sites, and specialized Internet tools for many Fortune 1000 clients. Participated greatly in new business development, contributing to $8M in revenue over two years. Documented and designed a strong creative methodology and production strategy for creating successful Web solutions.

Also acted as managing partner in the development of the Vista Marketing Solutions business unit. Developed entire business model for the unit, including financials, business plan, marketing plan, branding, and sales plans.
