Dealing with irate customers and adapting to new technologies. Being a technology company and customers being customers, there are always issues going on for various reasons. Whether it is a misunderstanding of the software, a glitch in the system, or what have you, customers had issues and they wanted to know what those were. A lot of the times we didn't know without going through the troubleshooting process, but that was not good enough at times. Sometimes technology was so new that even our supervisors did not know how it worked yet, so yes the challenges were there....

I was a jack of all trades and a man of many hats to put it lightly. I always have trouble giving a one sentence answer to the common question "So what do you do" while I was at Meditech because I did so much. I was customer relations, training coordinator, level one trouble shooting technician, and first point of contact for the external customer. For the internal customers, I was the "expert" on my module, resource for internal presentations, and also a standby person for questions for other group members when I was not around. The list really and truly goes on depending on what perspective you veiw my position from....

Excellent presentation skills and ability to compensate for setbacks, and coordinate a successful gameplan from day one.
