Support the stability department by coordinating testing per protocols and specifications, performing sample tracking ans submission of samples for testing, assisting scientists in report writing, data entry, maintaining filing system.

* Maintained client relationships with more than 300 corporate accounts by providing field/sales support of order processing for Neurological, Cardiac Surgery, Vascular and Cardiac Rhythmic Disease Management.
* Confirmed orders when requested, and provided inventory levels to our sales
representatives to ensure that with had an accurate amount of inventory in the field.

* Perform technical planning, system integration, verification and validation, and supportability and effectiveness analyses for total systems. Perform analysis at all levels of total system product to include: concept, design, fabrication, test, operation, maintenance. Conduct animal studies (including GLP studies) at various project stages. Help with clinical studies where required. Meet up with physicians to plan device features.
