What's the toughest problem you've had to solve at Mentor Role Model Program?Upon taking over this position I noticed that there was no computer system in place to track very important information. Using modern technology, I implemented a new tracking system that helps our office run more efficiently and organized.

What are the most challenging aspects of your job at Mentor Role Model Program?In light of our countries critical economical times, non-profit agencies are suffering when it concerns donations. Our office is constantly using lateral thinking to find ways to procure funds to keep our agency where it needs to be each year. This is by far challenging but not impossible.
