Experiences at Meridian Bank

To be a manager as well as a role model for the employees. Someone that they feel they can come to with their work problems and not feel that I am unapproachable. I want to use my experience in other areas where I feel I can make a difference.

A job to use my operations and administration management skills in a new area outside of banking. I feel I have the background and years of experience to live up to the challenge and look forward to working and learning something new.

I was in charge of many projects at the bank on top of my main duties of supervision and management of the documentation and servicing area. I put together an audit system, tracking system for new and annual items needed, budgeting for the department and wrote the policies and procedures and developed new documentation when needed....

I was recommended for a job at a banking institution prior to Meridian Bank. When I was hired there the manager wanted to take me with him to Meridian Bank to start the division there. I am a self starter and can handle pressure well. I had 2 managers for 22 years that felt I was worth moving with them when they made a change....

The managing loan officer at the prior bank I worked at wanted me to move with him to start up the division. I work well with others and worked with this manager for 10 years. Prior to working with him I worked with another manager for 12 years and made a move with him to 5 different banking institutions....

Work required excellent negotiation and communication skills - with owners, tenants, RTC officials and attorneys.

Meridian Bank retained my management of a bank subsidiary that they had acquired.
