I miss the Merrill Lynch that I joined in 1982. While the firm was not perfect, and none are, there was a culture and pride of doing the right thing. There was a focus on making good decisions that benefitted others as well as ourselves. Start Working Day 1 and its a continuous process and never ends. Take time to plan out your process. Remember, the process should be repeatable everyday, every week, every month and every year. Once you are set with the Marketing plan/process...Start and keep running

Assist with software testing and roll-out implementation in supporting CRM standards for branch FA's using Salesforce.com and Okere software products. Microsoft Windows 2003 Server and Windows XP client software installation, testing.
Infrastructure and Software Migration of database
coordination from Windows to Linux platforms.

Coordination of Oracle data center database and router migrations of user data which includes corporate project rollouts and server operating systems maintenance, upgrades, and Development and Production installations.

Assist with CRM application troubleshooting and resolutions. Handle technical resolutions of application operations as this relates to Salesforce and Okere application product releases for Merrill Lynch financial divisional companies.

Worked with affiliate vendors as Okere, Informatica, and Salesforce.com (Oracle DBMS and Toolset Conversion systems in relation to providing server, workstation, and application support for testing and daily system productivity for the business groups (Domestic Advisory, International Banking, Domestic Banking, Black Rock investments, etc.)

Implement installation of server migration from test-production environment of the Toolset Conversion environment. This included environment rebuilds of two Production class HP-Compaq and IBM Blade MS Windows 2003 Standard Servers and a satellite server. The IBM Blade server is currently in Development use for ATP telephone and Salesforce Server-2-Server use. The HP Compaq Application Server was rebuilt for development testing and continues to provide a stable development environment for application environment testing prior to Production release.
Setting up (10) Windows 2003 Standard Servers for Salesforce training using Visual Basic within a VMWare environment.

Monitored and Executed network packet trace reports for Outlook Connector Contact manager product.

Assist with software documenting and testing which includes rollout implementation in supporting Merrill Lynch Hosted Contact Management CRM standards for branch Financial Analysts using Salesforce.com and Okere software product environments.

Preformed question and answer (Q&A) Release testing and Functional Certification with Outlook Connector Contact Manager for 1.36 to 2.0.2.0 (six software releases in between in the last two years) to software release development group for workstation core build and imaging. Monitored for software release fixes and corrected whenever necessary.

Server and data software installation, testing, and backup of weekly Merrill Lynch user corporate data from Salesforce.com.

Infrastructure and Coordination of software operating system Migration and upgrades of database from Windows to Linux platforms.

Coordination and direct involvement of all system software, database upgrades, and environment escalations which includes Windows Operating System Software; server and workstation installations, upgrades, and maintenance.

Oracle dataset cleansing, upgrades, and patches of Oracle Database server and workstations.

Coordination of user data collection with third party vendors Okere and Salesforce in accomplishing data conversion through the Toolset Environment into Salesforce.com This included at times collection of data exports from CRM based ACT, Goldmine and Outlook client enterprise installations on Financial Analyst computers.
