What advice would you give to a new employee at Merrill Lynch?Start Working Day 1 and its a continuous process and never ends. Take time to plan out your process. Remember, the process should be repeatable everyday, every week, every month and every year. Once you are set with the Marketing plan/process...Start and keep running
