Granted, I got some help by a recruiter getting into the job, but what stood me out was my heavy experience as a sales associate/stock person. I got the job as a Sales Associate, then I moved into being a Stock Room Manager. 4 years later, I was promoted to Product Flow Coordinator, which they needed more than a Assistant Manager....

Responsible for greeting customers and cashiering. Handled sales, returns and exchanges. Ensured proper handling of returned merchandise and customer refunds. Reconciled receipts with charges at the end of every shift.
