GETTING HIRED I WOULDNT WANT!!/ I PURCHASED AN ITEM BEFORE CHRISTMAS THAT WAS LATER FOUND TO BE CRACKED. THE MANAGER WOULDNT GIVE ME MY MONEY BACK OR EXCHANGE IT BECAUSE I DIDNT HAVE A RECIPT! WAKE UP PEOPLE IT COST NINE DOLLARS!!! IS IT WORTH LOOSING A CUSTOMER OVER???? THE MANAGER ACTED LIKE IT WAS COMMING OUT OF HIS OWN POCKET. IVE NEVER HEARD OF THIS AND I WORK FOR A GROCERIE CHAIN. BECAUSE MY ITEM DIDNT SHOW UP ON HIS HAND HELD CALCULATOR OF SOLD ITEMS THAT MADE ME A LIER.!!!!! WELL THAT THING IS ONLY AS SMART AS THE PERSON WHO FEEDS THE INFORMATION INTO IT. NO MICHAELS ID NEVER WORK FOR YOU, EVEN IS IT MEANT BEING HOMELESS!!!!...

Supervise cashiers, help customers with refunds, take customer questions about merchandise and problems with employees

Providing cashier service, in charge of opening and closing the store, helped customers with merchandise questions, reorganized and stocked shelves

Cashier, Stocking, Inventory, Customer Service from October 2005 until December 2006. Bookkeeping, cash and check handling, and Bank deposits from December 2006 until July 2007

I was the ordering specialist for the whole store, my responsibilties were to make sure we had enough merchandise. And I also help setup the store when it first opened.
I also worked on the floor and put up merchandise and I was also working on a computer to get my orders to the warehouses.

I work in their regional distribution center, located in Centralia, WA

Framing production and designing framing packages. I also was the fine arts captain and was in charge of the helping customers with fine art supplies.
