What's the secret to getting hired at Middle East Operation & Maintenance for Oil Refineries.?

I am responsible for the ongoing maintenance and overhauling of all Rotating Equipment within the Refinery. This includes: Compressors, Pumps, Turbines, Gearboxes, Blowers and Fans etc. In order to successfully operate in this position I have been required to demonstrate strong troubleshooting, and problem solving skills. A requirement of this position is to develop Standardised Inspection Data Sheets, Maintenance Overhaul Documentation and the upkeep of all associated Rotating Equipment Files and Reports.

I am also required to liaise with, and train local employees, with the view of assessing and maintaining accepted industry competency standards of our Rotating Equipment Maintenance Team. My position involves working in a Professional Team Based Environment requiring sound interpersonal skills, a good level of integrity, with personal accountability and the capacity to operate in difficult environments.
