Experiences at Ministry of Health

i have never faced such a problem in my career.

since it is directly involved with public i have to answer persons with different attitude. to answer all of them in most satisfying and professional way.

as im a call center agent it is directly related to the public. to answer their question in most satisfying way gives me a huge amount of self satisfaction. and every day when people are asking for some thing new it also gives us the chance to improve our knowledge and excell in our job.

it was simply due to experience i was holding in my previous company where i was working as sales man that was also customere related.

i was able to speak english,arabic, hindi this also helped me to get hired.

i had the qualification demanded or the job.
