Reduced staffing cost by 65% through retention programs, screening and consistency. Developed and introduced corporate wide training, safety and harassment policies. Responsible for researching and selecting various vendors for market specific programs. Provided newly acquired business units with personnel and new hire benefit information. Successfully coordinated with corporate management and business managers to develop and meet staffing goals. Revised the design of and implemented a corporate turnover reporting system.
