Experiences at Monmouth College

As a Head Resident, I have to balance school work with managerial work within my own residence. I must manage a staff of four, who in turn manage 100 students. I set up weekly meetings with the Dean of Students, the staff, and others; all the while I also have to be a student and write research papers, stories, and edit media....

Constant interaction with people, variety of work, and ability to help professors with the multitude of their tasks.
