I have aided in a wide variety of seed experiments. Some of my jobs have been routine (seed sorting for example) and others have been more involved.

* Manages/coordinates Global Security projects, support the day-to-day operations; Security Audit Reports, Security Administration, Compliance Reporting, Segregation of Duties, SOD Analysis and Mitigating Control (Virsa Compliance Calibrator), maintenance pertaining to Sarbanes-Oxley SOX 404.
* Currently learning and working with Basis on various new SAP landscapes (Web and Netweaver) to support new technology for the Portal, Global Trade Service (GTS) and Resource Portfolio Management (xRPM).

* Manages/facilitates Global Master data projects, which supports the day-to-day operations while contributing to the long-term data strategy results. Focus on the performance of high quality data, cost reduction, added value and efficient processes and designs. Strong knowledge of the SAP integration points and data flow between given modules and other SAP modules, bolt-on systems, downstream data warehouses, B2B connectivity, EDI and SAP queries.
* SD Internal SAP Consultant (ISC); a member of the Monsanto Chemical and Seed business implementation project team for sales orders, deliveries, EDI, B2B connectivity and interfaces to various internal bolt-on systems and data warehouses. Responsibilities included; Scope, requirement gathering phase (AS-IS > TO-BE), design phase (IMG configuration), development of Functional Design Specifications (FDS) for custom ABAP development designs, unit and integration testing. Day-to- Day support; communicating enterprise and Global designs, sharing business design ideas and conducting appropriate knowledge transfer sessions. Define, document and communicate enterprise rules & procedures for implementing SAP for business site including project methodology, documentation quality assurance & enterprise SAP solutions or bolt-on Applications.
* Strong project management skills working with SAP, other complex systems and databases as well as cross-functional teams throughout the organization. Draws upon extensive knowledge of various development methods and their appropriate applications to lead multiple and complex projects effectively. Function as a mentor and resource to other internal global teams
* Extensive experience working with the business organizations. Offers' consulting services and knowledge transfers to users, customers other functional team members for the execution of a fully integrated business environment.
* Establishes strategy and an environment where everyone is committed to achieving the organization's vision. Created a cross-functional organizational culture for proactively to solve problems.
