How would you describe what you did at
Montana Grille?
I work all line positions as a senior associate. The positions of the kitchen include an open wood fire grill. A suatee and fry station. Then the front side consists of salads, coordinator, and back up coordinator. I am also Montana Grille's trainer for the line crew. I am considered an associate who has seniority and the responsibility of the line is entrusted to me whenever a kitchen manager is not on the clock. This is usually after the dinner business decline, at which point the line crew breaks down all equipment and food products. I am responsible for making sure the crew does everything required to properly close the kitchen down. Montana Grille's last health department check up (08/2007)was a 97%. I have been told by several other associates they really appreciate my ability to remain gracious and professional under any amount of stress....
