How would you describe what you did at Motorola (Mobile Devices)?What I did there was mad sure that the cell phone was working properly. If they were not then you would put them on the computer and program them. I also worked in shipping and packaging. Which you just mad sure all the matireal was in the tray alone with the phone and the charger. I've learened ...

What's the secret to getting hired at Motorola (Mobile Devices)?No secret I got on with a staffing agency. Which was really nice but it was a short term job which was nice for as long as it lasted.

What's the toughest problem you've had to solve at Motorola (Mobile Devices)?Every day is a there is tough problem but working on a Voice quality improvement which included improving MCPS so that the end product could support HSDPA(High Speed Data Packet Access) and multi voice call would be the toughest.

How would you describe what you did at Motorola (Mobile Devices)?I am a DSP software engineer working on design,integration and testing of mutlimedia and voice call codecs. My day to day work involves working on solving defects reported by customers and contue working on inovative design to improve quality of voice calls.
