As a startup, this sector of Motorola thrived on the attitude of achieve instead of the typical pucker up politics that affect most large organizations.
We enjoyed a freedom to design the right solution and to plan out the technology. This plan was then protected and backed by the company through its implementation.
Motorola invested a lot of time and money into the training of the teams in the latest technologies so that we were always on the cutting edge....
