Experiences at Musashi

*Lead operations of machined pinions and side gears for automotive and ATV differential assemblies for Tier I and Tier II OEM customers.
*Manage and maintain production scheduling, tool life tracking and inventory, OEE, Quality Control, Kanban inventory control system, Maintenance, Materials Management, product change-over, and leadership of associated personnel.
*Champion safe work practices, create and maintain team effectiveness; work effectively across functional and cultural lines and on all organizational levels.
*Direct and train thirty hourly personnel in new processes learned in Japan.

Accomplishments:
*Achieved 70% OEE within 6 months of the scheduled launch curve for a new lathe product line.
*Responsible for 100% of on time delivery to Honda Motor Company.
*Successfully completed several new capital investment installation projects....
