I let them know that I wasn't intimidated at the fact that there is a very high turnover rate at MDA.

How would you describe what you did at Muscular Dystrophy Association?

-Composed daily press releases for all fund-raising events held by the Northeast Ohio MDA.
-Collaborated with TV and radio stations, such as Cleveland's WBNX-55, Youngstown's WYTV-33, Toledo's WTVG-13, Q 104.1 FM, WRQK-FM and Radio Disney to promote the 40th annual Jerry Lewis MDA Telethon.
-Managed various MDA Lock-Up fund-raiser events, including the Downtown Cleveland Lock-Up, raising $80,000.
-Assembled Feature Articles with Cleveland Plain Dealer staff highlighting Great Lakes City Ford and Ganley Mazda, each sponsoring MDA Sale-a-Thon campaigns.
-Interacted with Cleveland's WB staff to produce the 40th annual Jerry Lewis MDA Telethon during Labor Day weekend.

It's pretty gratifiying to know that you're making your living while helping people.
The people that I worked with were amazing.
The teamwork that is involved is fantastic.
