The best aspect about being an entrepreneur is the satisfaction of commendable work efforts going directly from me to the consumer. As the owner of a music education service provider, Music Notes Academy, the results I see in my music students academically and musically, and the satisfaction the parents receive from a convenient and affordable service, is extremely rewarding. While working for community schools, studios and certain employers in the past, my professional work efforts consistently went disregarded, unrewarded and underpaid. Now, I can create my own work schedule, have more time to myself (because my company operates itself on systems I have created) and expand my talents towards other areas of interest. I am not locked into a daily routine or schedule and can enjoy living in the peaceful Somerset Hills of New Jersey. I can plan for my own future and continue to seek work with exciting companies that foster positive working environments, creativity and success through motivation and rewards....
