Primarily, in my current postion, I provide customer service on many levels. I hold a Series 6 NASD license in order to discuss investments with our plan participants. I assist our participants with enrollments, file maintenance, withdrawals, rollovers/transfers and retirements.

I am also responsible for supervising and training other service staff members....

I started as a Summer intern while still attending college. During my 3 year tenure as an intern, i demonstrated my abilities to learn quickly and perform above my supervisor's expectations. At then end of the internship, upon graduation from college, I was asked to stay and work in a dept. in which I interned the previous summer....
